Cancellation, Refund, Referral policy
POLICY OF CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING CLASSES
Please reschedule or notify your 7motifs account/trainer 12 hours before the start of the training. Otherwise, you will be charged for this training session (our trainer will receive his/her fee for this session).
If you cancel your training less than 12 hours in advance, the lesson will be counted as used.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds for packages are available during the following periods:
8/12 classes - within 3 months from the date of purchase, 24 lessons - within 6 months from the date of purchase, 50 lessons - within a year from the date of purchase.
Send a refund request to finance@7motifs.com. We will refund all unused sessions within 5-10 business days. If you have booked your classes in advance, please cancel them.
Important note: Banks/payment systems may charge a 2-5% fee according to their currency exchange and transaction fees policies.
REFERRAL POLICY
If you have friends who want to start training with us, take advantage of our referral program and get +2 training sessions for each recommendation. Your friends will also get their +2 workouts on the balance (you get +2 for each friend you refer).
